Make it Happen
Doing Our Part

At the heart of our culture is the belief that when you can, you should. That’s why we contribute 5% of the agency’s annual time toward working with nonprofits to help them share their missions and success stories. This is our way of helping improve the communities in which we live and work.
We’ve partnered with All Faiths Food Bank in Sarasota and DeSoto counties, Don’t Miss A Beat, Boys & Girls Club of Northeast Florida, and United Way of Northeast Florida whose missions genuinely resonate with us. Whether we’re working on marketing initiatives or volunteering, we’re doing what we can to assist those who make amazing impacts in our community.

Cheers,

West

Boys & Girls Club of Northeast Florida

The Boys & Girls Club of Northeast Florida are celebrating their 60th anniversary – 60 years of enabling young people to achieve great futures as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

In celebrating this special anniversary, the organization announced an expansion into Clay County. This marks the first time that the organization provides services in Clay County, bringing after-school and summer youth development programs to 7 schools in this county.

The Clubs offer programs focused on many areas, including character & leadership, education & workforce readiness, the arts, health & wellness, and sports & recreation. Click here to learn more.

United Way of Northeast Florida

Last month, United Way of Northeast Florida along with other community partners hosted the inaugural Jacksonville Civil Rights Conference.

The three-day, first-of-its-kind conference included several national and local speakers and interactive breakout sessions. On Ideas was proud to work with United Way to help promote the conference through media relations and social media management.

Additionally, On Ideas would like to send a warm welcome to the new CEO of United Way of Northeast Florida, Melanie Patz. To learn more about United Way, click here.

All Faiths Food Bank

All Faiths Food Bank

All Faiths Food Bank (AFFB) is the only food bank and largest hunger relief organization in Sarasota and DeSoto counties. From volunteering to creating campaign artwork, we’re proud to support AFFB’s important mission.

Recently, On Ideas created artwork for their annual Autumn Harvest campaign, which raises funds to ensure community members have access to the healthy foods they need.

We also help AFFB share its important mission of “turning empty plates into ThankFULL hearts” with heartfelt holiday campaigns. Click here to learn more about AFFB.

Hubbard House Memorial Breakfast

Hubbard House Memorial Breakfast

On Ideas has partnered with Hubbard House, a full-service, certified, domestic violence center, for many years. From designing event t-shirts to artwork and volunteering, we’re proud to support the work they are doing around Jacksonville.

Coming up, Hubbard House will be hosting their 28th Annual Barbara Ann Campbell Memorial Breakfast on October 12. The event will remember those lost to domestic violence; create awareness of the problem and solution; and inspire others through stories of now-safe survivors. Don't Miss a Beat

Don’t Miss a Beat

Lastly, On Ideas proudly supports Don’t Miss A Beat (DMAB), an organization that uses performing arts to facilitate youth development and cultivate youth talent in Jacksonville’s “at-hope” communities.

Currently, the DMAB team is working on its Fall broadway production of Elf Jr. and you won’t want to miss the finale! Mark your calendars, December 17th at the Ritz Theatre. Click here to learn more.
