Halifax Health wanted to target middle-aged former or current athletes who are experiencing joint pain, educate them about the treatment options available and persuade them that their Center for Orthopedics is an expert resource for dealing with joint issues, especially joint replacement surgery. We accomplished this through a branded QR code campaign.
The QR code campaign utilized print media as well as other engagement tactics such as direct mail, a minor league baseball sponsorship and placing QR codes on Halifax branded ballpark seat cushions. Once people scanned the code, they were taken to a mobile site related to that specific joint.
Scanning the QR code from our various media placements led people to the mobile site detailing treatment options and information related to that specific joint. They could take a short quiz to learn more about their pain or get in touch with someone directly at the Center for Orthopedics.
