The Peninsula is a gorgeous luxury high-rise condo on the banks of the Saint Johns River. When they opened, sales were robust and units moved quickly. However, with the housing downturn, The Peninsula needed new strategies and creative to revitalize stagnant sales. We created new buzz for the property, making their high-rise the must-have condo in town.

The Peninsula is in Jacksonville, but it feels like a Manhattan high-rise. There is no better condo living experience in the city. From the 38th floor loft, to the 9th floor pool and lounge to the other breathtaking amenities, we wanted to convey this luxury feeling.
